Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:
You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. If you already have one, you can log in to your account or create a new one using the same email ID used while placing the order.
We only allow the exchange of products based on color and size. You cannot request to change the product to a different category, price, or type. Unpacking video is mandatory for the exchange.
Pick-up will be attempted twice if the courier company cannot pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the service availability in your area pin code.
Please send your product(s) in the same condition as shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, an exchange will not be provided.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
You can contact us about any issues at our customer support portal or drop us a line at heerprint2021@gmail.com, and we will be happy to help. For a faster response, send us a message on Instagram @getchi.in. All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10 am-6 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note that Getchi will arrange for the pick-up from your doorstep.
Exchange of the purchased product is possible for 2 times only. Shipping charges (Reverse & Forward) will be pay by company for the first time only after that it will be pay by customer.
The product price will remain the same as that of your ordered product.
Getchi may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
